Dr. Babak Larian is the director of Sinus Surgery at the Institute for Rhinoplasty & Nasal Reconstruction.  Dr. Larian completed his Otolaryngology (ENT) training at UCLA and subsequently became an attending surgeon at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.  He has since developed a unique sinus surgery approach called TESS (Targeted Endoscopic Sinus Surgery) that utilizes the most advanced image guided technology.  Drs.
